Job summary

Adams Electric Company is looking for a skilled supervisor to oversee electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temporary workers on construction sites in Pinehurst, NC. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time project execution while coordinating resources and mentoring the crew.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, enforcing specifications, maintaining time sheets, and ensuring equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Licensure as an electrician OR equivalent knowledge and experience.
• 4–10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers and temp workers.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare safety analysis documents (Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis) and safety reports.
• Coordinate project schedule with two‑week look‑ahead and forecast manpower requirements.
• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction needs.

Education
