Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards and develop manpower schedules.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Install, terminate and troubleshoot electrical systems per project specs.
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
