Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical installations, alterations and repairs. You will oversee Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, mentor them, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

You will read blueprints, develop material lists, coordinate with supervision, and drive production while staying within NEC and local codes. Weekend/overtime may be required; a strong leadership mindset and hands-on technical skill are

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor a crew of five.
• Understanding of reading blueprints and schematics.
• Able to work weekends and overtime.
• Awareness of NEC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job site needs.
• Meet production and budget goals by communicating needs.
• Work within local and NEC guidelines.
• Install and terminate electrical devices and conduits.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Support field planning and safety.
