Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew on commercial and industrial projects in Bloomingdale, GA. You will lead, train and evaluate Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians while ensuring work meets quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities include developing manpower schedules, preparing material lists from layouts, reading blueprints and specs, and coordinating with supervision.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead a team of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong communication with other trades and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Assist in achieving production and budget goals by coordinating tasks.
• Ensure crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, assemble and install conduit and electrical devices on site.
• Read project specs, blueprints and schematics.
• Support project schedules including weekends and overtime.
