Amteck is seeking an Electrical Foreman for a new construction project operating on-site at the job location. The Foreman will oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians, providing leadership, training and performance evaluations while ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality electrical work on site.

The role requires coordinating manpower, reviewing project documents and blueprints, and maintaining alignment with plans, schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a five-person crew.
• Good communication with other trades and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and project specs.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and manage materials lists.
• Read blueprints, schematics and project documents to lay out work.
