Job summary

Comfort Systems USA in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers on commercial and industrial projects.

You will lead, train, and mentor the team, develop manpower schedules, read project specs and blueprints, and ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to NEC guidelines while coordinating with supervision.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience (commercial/industrial).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a team of ~5 workers.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job-site demands; communicate to supervision.
• Assist in achieving production and budget goals by communicating needs to the crew.
• Ensure all work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
