DP Electric in Texas is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on-site collaboration with crews, ensuring safe, on-budget, and on-schedule electrical installations for commercial projects across Texas. You will own the on-site people, schedule, safety, and quality on each job.
You'll supervise and mentor electricians, read blueprints, coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents, and drive performance on mission-critical builds such as data centers, healthcare, and manufacturing
DP Electric is a premier commercial electrical contractor with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex electrical projects across Arizona, Texas, and the Southwest. As a 100% employee-owned company, we serve a diverse range of markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, higher education, commercial, and industrial.
At the heart of DP Electric’s success is its dedication to cultivating industry-leading talent. Through our in-house training program, DP University, we equip employees with advanced skills and expertise to meet the ever-changing demands of modern construction. By combining technical excellence with a client-first approach, we continue to set the standard for electrical contracting in the Southwest.
As an Electrical Foreman at DP Electric, you lead from the front, working alongside your crew to build commercial electrical installations across the state of Texas, while owning the people, schedule, safety, and quality on your work. The job takes different shapes depending on the project. On our large mission-critical builds, including data centers, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities, and healthcare, you may run a defined scope with a full crew as part of a larger field team. On our special projects, you may run an entire job start to finish, mobilizing fast and coordinating directly with the client.
Either way, this is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, sets the standard on site, and develops the electricians coming up behind them. It rewards technical expertise, sharp problem‑solving, and the kind of leadership that keeps installations on schedule, on budget, and built right.

We recognize that experience comes from many paths. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in successful performance of the job is welcomed. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a one‑for‑one year basis, or vice versa.
This is a field‑based role performed on active construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather and jobsite conditions. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, crawling, working at heights, and working in confined spaces, and requires wearing personal protective equipment. Expect a fast‑paced environment that calls for focus and sound judgment under pressure.
