Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electrician Foreman to plan, organize, and schedule crews for electrical construction.

You will ensure high-quality installation, conduct quality inspections, and maintain accurate as-built drawings. This role emphasizes safety, daily reporting, and adherence to QA/QC standards on large projects. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in electrical work, a Journeyman license, and an Associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of experience with an Associate degree.
• Possess Journeymen's License (if none will have to obtain within 6 months of employment)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete assigned work orders.
• Assure work is installed to high-quality standard and perform quality inspections.
• Monitor task completion, compliance and safety; manage breaks and daily reports.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update master contract drawings weekly.
• Inventory tools and equipment; ensure all items are accounted for and secured.
• Submit daily hours/units and ensure proper QC documentation and discrepancies are addressed.
• Follow QA/QC processes, review weekly quality scorecards and address nonconformities.
