Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on mission-critical facilities projects. You will plan, organize, and schedule work orders, ensure high-quality installation, and perform daily QC checks.

The role requires 6+ years in the electrical industry and 4+ years with an Associate degree, lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and strict safety compliance. You will maintain as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.

Responsibilities

Productivity Planning for assigned scope of work.
Material Phasing – Organize Material by specific areas/floors.
Tools & Equipment - Identify all tools and equipment required to support each crew.
Information Packages – Each crew activity must have information packages (contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, etc.).
Keep control of breaks and daily hour/unit reports.
Quality control inspections of work completed and following QC plan.
Maintain accurate as built drawings and inventory of tools & equipment.
Accident/Incident Reporting & Investigation – follow procedures and submit reports.
Clean Up – leave work areas broom swept.
