Job summary

Interstates in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support electrical, controls, automation, and OT work on industrial projects. The role involves conduit work, wiring, leadership of apprentices, and collaboration with foremen and site superintendents across multiple sites within a 200-mile radius.

Candidates must hold a journeyman license, have industrial electrical experience, and benefit from BIM/VDC knowledge. Travel and per diem are applicable under company policy.

Qualifications

• Must have state issued journeyman electrician license (or equivalent).
• Industrial electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, thread and install conduit.
• Oversee or participate in wire installations with conduit & cable tray.
• Connect power to equipment.
• Lead/develop up to 4 apprentice electricians.
• Knowledge of other construction trades.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs in construction work environment.
