Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, energetic foreman to join our team in Louisiana. The candidate should bring a broad skill set to complement our experienced workforce and will report safety incidents to the Supervisor.

You will manage permits, help prepare JSA's/HHA's, and monitor crew behavior and tool/inventory needs. Applicants must have NCCER skills assessment, at least four years in electrical or instrumentation, and be able to pass post-offer drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• NCCER Skill Assessment cut score must be met.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Promptly report all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to all crew members.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct, then report any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates to the Supervisor.
• Oversee the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFIs.

• Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
• Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
