Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, energetic foreman to complement our experienced workforce. The role requires coordinating safety tasks, managing permits, and supervising crew activities on construction projects across the United States.

Candidates must meet the NCCER Skill Assessment, pass a post-offer drug test, and have at least four years of electrical or instrumentation experience. ISC offers excellent wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.

Responsibilities

• Promptly report all injuries/incidents to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to crew.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct, then report, any unacceptable behavior by associates to the Supervisor.
• Requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, energetic foreman with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
• Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
