Job summary

ISC Constructors, LLC seeks a positive, energetic foreman to lead a field crew on electrical and instrumentation projects. You will supervise, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.

Key duties include reporting injuries, obtaining permits, auditing JSA/HHA, managing tools and materials, and assisting with RFIs. A NCCER Skill Assessment and post-offer drug testing are required, with a minimum of five years in the electrical/instrumentation industry; EOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
• Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of five (5) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
