Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking an energetic Electrical Foreman to lead our field crews on electrical and instrumentation projects nationwide.

You will coordinate with the Supervisor to ensure safety, quality and on-time performance, while handling permits and material logistics. The ideal candidate has five years of experience in electrical or instrumentation, holds a TWIC card, and can pass drug/alcohol screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in the electrical or instrumentation industry.
• TWIC Card mandatory.
• Ability to pass NCCER Skill Assessment cut score.
• Able to pass post-offer drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.

Responsibilities

• Report injuries and incidents to the Supervisor promptly.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to crew.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct and report any unacceptable behavior by associates to the Supervisor.
• Requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, an energetic Electrical Foremanwith a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
• Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

Requirements:

• TWIC Card Mandatory - (Transportation Worker Identification Credential); Go to TWIC website for more information
• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of five (5) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
