Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a positive, energetic foreman to join our electrical, instrumentation and controls team in Louisiana.

The role requires 4+ years in the electrical/instrumentation industry and the ability to meet the NCCER Skill Assessment cut score, plus pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background checks. You will report injuries, obtain permits, audit JSA/HHA with the crew, monitor behavior, manage inventory and tools, and assist in preparing RFIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
• Ability to meet the NCCER Skill Assessment cut score.
• Ability to pass post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Report all injuries and incidents promptly to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate to crew.
• Assist with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct and report any unacceptable behavior by associates to the Supervisor.
• Manage requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.

The Position:

We are looking for positive, energetic foreman with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce. Applicants should have the ability to:

• Responsible for promptly reporting all injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for receiving permits from operations and communicating to all crew members.
• Assists with preparing and auditing JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Responsible for correcting, then reporting, any unacceptable behavior or actions by associates in the crew to the Supervisor.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory, ISC tools, and equipment.
• Assists the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.
• Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• Minimum of four (4) years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry.
