Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Field Training Facilitator in Mesa to train craft labor, identify skill gaps, and support the next generation of electricians. This role will work closely with HR and operations to ensure onboarding and ongoing education.

The candidate will lead CW Boot Camp evaluations, coordinate training schedules, and reinforce safety culture while collaborating with multiple departments to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Strong field supervisory experience, minimum 5 years as Foreman or higher.
• Understanding of training processes and learning methods.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and pre-planning abilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and their practical application.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam and Navisworks.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to employee safety.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Reliable Self Starter.
• Preferred knowledge of IBEW Local 640 processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard craft labor; CW Boot Camp evaluation.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for training.
• Promote Dynalectric safety culture; identify training needs.
• Facilitate Field Supervision training; provide on-site support.
• Assist in collecting feedback and entering data into training database.
• Support union new hire interviews and identify qualified candidates.
