Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, reviewing blueprints, and maintaining project documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive successful close-outs and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license and/or six years of electrical experience.
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site electrical installation tasks.
• Coordinate crew of 1-6 helpers/apprentices/journeymen.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with NEC/state codes.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment; order as needed.
• Hold meetings to align goals and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and daily logs.
