Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• 4+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to manage teams of electricians and consistently complete projects on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage crews, including apprentices and journeypersons, aligning tasks with project objectives.
• Lay out work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and schedule.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction by reviewing plans, resolving issues, and overseeing project close-outs.
• Maintain licensing and training requirements and report to Field Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and other stakeholders.
