Job summary

Technibus, Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations in San Marcos, TX. You will lead crews, ensure timely project completion, and guarantee installations meet codes and company standards.

Strong focus on safety, planning, and effective communication with customers and subs is essential. The role requires 2–4 years in electrical field supervision, a valid license, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; licensed electrician strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of electrical installation, maintenance, or field supervision experience.
• Experience leading or supervising electrical crews or field operations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and daily field activities to support schedules and quality.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Review blueprints, specs, and orders; communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Monitor jobsite progress, materials, and conditions; address safety or quality issues.
• Coordinate with project leadership, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide direction, training, and support to electricians and apprentices.
• Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite with professional communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
