Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer literacy across word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crafts and craft professionals on the project.
• Direct craft activities, schedules, and coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and compliant with specs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and conformance to design documents and budgets.
• Interpret engineering and vendor documents with field teams.
