Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a project leadership role in Houston, TX, on LNG plants as part of our Energy Global Business Unit. You will lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals, directing work, coordinating subcontractor activities and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with 5–12 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in multi-discipline construction, ES&H, and subcontract management.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of single/multi-discipline construction or engineering operation.
• Bechtel's Zero Accident Philosophy and ES&H policies knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and craft professionals on a project.
• Coordinate subcontract work activities and schedules to meet budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Oversee interpretation of engineering designs and coordination with subcontractors.
