Job summary

CrestCura Energy Services seeks an experienced Manager, Electrical Field Services to lead field operations in repowering and MV projects across the United States. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, training, and client coordination on site.

You will oversee AC/DC repowering and MV testing, manage field crews, ensure safety compliance under NFPA 70E/OSHA, and mentor technicians to uphold CrestCura’s high standards across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in utility-scale solar PV, BESS, or industrial electrical systems.
• 2+ years in supervisory, team lead, or field management role.
• AC or DC repowering experience; cross-domain capability.
• Strong knowledge of MV distribution, transformers, and inverters.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on electrical work and on-site teams ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on procedures, testing, and safety standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, skill assessments, and resource planning for field crews.
• Manage repowering and electrical service projects from mobilization to completion.
• Develop schedules, track progress, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
