Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon in Middletown, CT is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support field operations, ensuring accurate project setup, coordination of resources, and timely reporting. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders including purchase orders, drawings, estimate forms, and job site photos using Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Support job costing and project financial tracking by maintaining accurate labor and material records throughout project lifecycle.
• Understand and facilitate key stages of project lifecycle, from project setup through execution, completion, reporting, and invoicing.
• Track project materials and monitor equipment calibration to ensure availability and compliance with NETA standards.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and suppliers regarding schedules, responsibilities, and project updates.
• Coordinate labor, transportation, and material deliveries to ensure technicians and equipment arrive on site as scheduled.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and provide status reports to the Service Support Manager.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed project logs to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
