Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support electrical testing projects by ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate documentation, and clear communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams.

This role helps maintain compliance with IEEE standards and safety regulations while contributing to efficient project execution and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of coordination or project management experience, ideally in electrical testing or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and MS Project is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical testing processes; willingness to learn NFPA 70E/OSHA knowledge is beneficial.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference checks; eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field service jobs in Salesforce, coordinating customer appointments, technician availability, equipment, and materials.
• Manage work orders—including purchase orders, drawings, estimate forms, and job site photos—using tools such as PowerDB, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients regarding schedules, responsibilities, and project updates.
• Coordinate labor, transportation, and material deliveries to ensure technicians and equipment arrive on site as scheduled.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and provide status reports to the Project Manager and Operations Manager as needed.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed project logs to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong problem-solving skills; mathematical or technical experience is a plus.
