Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, test, and maintain electrical power equipment at customer sites. You will read schematics, perform electrical and mechanical work, and assist with testing and commissioning to ensure reliability.

This hands-on role requires travel to various sites, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overtime. Safety compliance with OSHA/NFPA 70E is emphasized, with ongoing on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Experience with electrical systems and power transmission is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing, maintenance, commissioning, and repair of electrical equipment.
• Support mechanical and electrical work on power transmission and distribution systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documents.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and identify corrective actions.
• Participate in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and service vehicles in clean and organized condition.
