SM Systems, based in Nashik, offers power and utility test solutions and serves utilities, railways, defence, and pharma markets in India. The Indore-based role covers sales and technical support for cable fault location, testing, and transformer monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a BE/BTech in Electrical or E&E with 5–6 years in B2B technical sales or hands-on commissioning, plus fluency in English and Hindi.

Formación

• BE/BTech Electrical or Electrical and Electronics with 5–6 years in B2B technical sales or hands-on application, commissioning or service work.
• Existing contacts or access in utilities, railways or industry in Indore.
• Comfortable with tender and empanelment processes, and at live sites with safety procedures.
• Clear written and spoken English plus Hindi.

Responsabilidades

• Own sales and technical support in Indore and nearby districts.
• Find new accounts and manage enquiries through quote, tender, order and payment.
• Assess customer needs and recommend testing or monitoring solutions.
• Run demos, site trials and commissioning.
• Train customer engineers and provide first-level support with escalation.
• Report weekly pipeline, maintain CRM, and write site reports.
