360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Operations Manager to lead installation crews and oversee residential and commercial solar and battery projects. The role emphasizes field leadership, accountability, and driving performance across concurrent installations.

Solar experience is preferred but not required; strong communication with electricians and field personnel is essential as you manage multiple crews, schedules, and jobsite operations.

Pay: $100K–$115K + Year-End Bonus Potential

We're seeking an experienced, hands‑on Electrical Field Operations Manager to lead installation crews, strengthen field performance, and oversee residential and commercial solar and battery projects.

Solar experience is preferred, NOT required. We're looking for a confident electrical construction leader who knows how to manage crews, enforce standards, resolve field challenges, and drive results.
