360X Staffing is seeking an hands-on Operations Manager to lead solar installation, energy storage, and service operations across residential and commercial projects in Portland, OR. This is not a desk role; you will manage field crews, coordinate with installation, service, sales, and leadership teams, and drive performance-driven improvements.

You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and KPIs to ensure safe, profitable operations while delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

We're hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and improve solar installation, energy storage, and service operations.

This is not a desk management position. We need a leader who understands field operations, knows how to manage people and performance, and can turn operational challenges into measurable results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee residential and commercial solar installation, energy storage, and service operations.
• Lead field crews, department managers, and operational teams.
