Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan weekly work and manpower.
• Coordinate day-to-day departmental activities; decide on manpower assignments.
• Ensure monthly reporting compliance; monitor OPS system and job status.
• Mentor and develop team; recruit and counsel staff; promote engagement.
• Maintain strong customer relations; address feedback and complaints.
• Collaborate with Project Management to align field ops with goals; manage billing/collections.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards; ensure PPE needs and training.
