Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2- or 4-year construction-related degree or Journeyman apprenticeship required.
• 3-5 years experience in the electrical, mechanical, or construction field required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience leading workplace safety efforts required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in outdoor, hands-on construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly work plans and assign personnel.
• Coordinate day-to-day departmental activities and manage manpower.
• Ensure monthly reporting compliance.
