Job summary

MetroPower is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction sites across the Southeast. This full-time role leads crews, interprets drawings, ensures safety, and coordinates with project managers and engineers.

The Foreman 1 guides daily field operations, mentors apprentices, and enforces codes and quality standards while managing scheduling and communications between field and office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree in a relevant field preferred; an equivalent combination of training and experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities to ensure milestones, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Guide and direct electrical crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-the-job direction to ensure productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret drawings and communicate project requirements to the field team.
