Job summary

PPC Partners Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead daily field and departmental operations, ensure project execution, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

This role bridges field supervision with project management and oversees manpower planning, resource allocation, performance tracking, and compliance. You will mentor field leadership, drive continuous improvement in safety and service quality, and contribute to financial performance through billing, collections, and labor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Construction-related degree or Journeyman apprenticeship required.
• 3-5 years experience in the electrical, mechanical, or construction field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience leading workplace safety efforts.
• Ability to work effectively in outdoor, hands-on construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast weekly work and assign manpower across projects.
• Coordinate daily departmental activities and finalise manpower decisions.
• Ensure monthly reporting compliance and OPS system use.
• Mentor and develop field teams, support recruitment and performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Manage billing, collections, and track accounts receivable.
• Identify and implement safety improvements to achieve zero accidents.
