Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent in electrical field.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates area safety needs and provides feedback to electricians.
• Accountable for profit and loss of the work team.
• Trains and develops electrical field technicians.
• Provides technical guidance to field technicians.
• Supervises jobs by reviewing work and maintaining records.
• Oversees scheduling and dispatching of electrical field technicians.
• Represents the company as a direct customer contact.
• Assists customers in decisions and questions.
• Prepares for on-site installations with plan and coordination.
• Compiles data for reports and special projects.
• Identifies equipment installation, retrofits and repairs at customer locations.
