Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations and project execution for large-scale electrical construction programs with our Travel Team. You will coordinate workforce planning, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment with travel requirements across several locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale electrical/construction projects.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple job sites to meet safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing for projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, vendors, and executives to drive performance.
• Mentor and develop field leadership and enforce safety initiatives.
