Job summary

A-C Electric Company is seeking a Regional Superintendent to direct field operations, coach staff, and oversee project execution from start-up through completion. You will balance staffing, safety, scheduling and use of technology to protect the company and client interests.

Responsibilities include leading Field Leadership development, reviewing performance standards, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring work meets plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the electrical construction industry; union experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple project teams on fast-track projects.
• Proficiency in Procore and field leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations for multiple projects, ensuring plan adherence and quality.
• Coach and develop Field Leadership, review performance standards, and manage site productivity.
• Monitor procurement, labour, equipment, and subcontractor performance; communicate risks.
• Coordinate with PM/APM; keep client and internal teams informed about progress and changes.
