Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Bentonville to lead electrical field operations, supervise crews, and ensure quality and safety on projects. You will coordinate with project leadership, vendors, and customers to meet schedules, budgets, and specifications.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, reading blueprints, and effective team leadership. On-site work with occasional travel supports diverse projects across commercial and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–4 years of electrical field leadership or supervision experience.
• Experience with electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily field activities to support project schedules, productivity, and quality standards.
• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Review project plans, blueprints, specifications, schematics, and work orders and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure electrical work complies with company policies, safety standards, Codes, and project requirements.
• Monitor jobsite progress, materials, equipment, and site conditions and address issues affecting safety or quality.
