Job summary
Interstates is seeking a Field Leader to guide a crew on industrial electrical projects. You will be on-site, lead safety‑conscious teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, and ensure high-quality execution across projects in the Aberdeen area.
The role requires prior on-site electrical leadership experience, a journeyman electrician's license, and a commitment to team development and safety culture within a dynamic field environment. A competitive benefits package applies.

Responsibilities
- Leadership - motivate and guide the crew to achieve project goals.
- Project execution - manage costs, schedules and productivity on site.
- Safety - uphold safety standards and participate in safety programs.
- Communication - liaise with on-site clients and trades for coordination.
- Coaching/Mentoring - develop others and share knowledge.
- Planning/Layout - understand and implement project plans for success.
- Knowledge - strong electrical/construction knowledge on assignments.
