Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical work, coordinate with trades to meet deadlines.
• Review process for Adams employees and associates.
• Create and maintain project schedules and manpower projections.
• Set and track production goals for individuals and crews.
• Develop material management and logistics plans for current projects.
• Work with vendors to implement and adjust plans throughout the project.
• Develop safety plans with Onsite Safety Manager and ensure adherence.
• Develop QA/QC plans and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Lead BIM layout efforts and ensure drawings are delivered on time.
• Oversee pre-fabrication planning and schedules to meet deadlines.
