The ideal candidate will bring 5–12+ years in electrical construction, read drawings and NEC knowledge, and demonstrate leadership in coordinating field crews with project management.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of electrical field leadership experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordinate daily electrical work with project management and trade partners.

• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and look-ahead schedules.
• Track labor productivity, installation progress, constraints, and milestones.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce project safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list work, and closeout.
• Identify constructability issues early and communicate solutions.
• Develop foremen and field leaders and maintain installation standards.

Electrical General Superintendent Opportunity

A confidential electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical General Superintendent for its Winston-Salem, NC market. This opportunity is intended for a proven electrical construction professional who can take ownership of field responsibilities while supporting safe execution, strong customer service, disciplined project controls, and profitable growth. The successful candidate will combine practical electrical construction knowledge with sound judgment, organization, communication, and leadership.

Experience

5–12+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience is preferred, depending on position level.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordinate daily electrical work with project management and trade partners.
• Plan manpower, material, equipment, access, and work sequencing.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and look-ahead schedules.
• Track labor productivity, installation progress, constraints, and milestones.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce project safety requirements.
