Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program
• Four+ years of field supervision/management experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; tech proficiency

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to manage teams of electricians and complete projects on time and within budget
• Lead crews including apprentices, journeypersons, crew leaders, and lead persons
• Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction; review documents and resolve issues
• Adhere to SOPs, costs, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel
• Report to Field Supervisor, General Superintendent, or Project Manager and coordinate with support staff
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders; maintain licensing and training
