The role emphasizes Installation Quality and Quantity Verification, with a focus on safety, cost control, and timely delivery in a large-scale industrial build.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of a specialized engineering discipline, cost, scheduling and/or contracts administration relating to the construction of heavy industrial or commercial complexes.
• Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Project ES&H Handbook and the Bechtel Core Processes; familiar with Bechtel’s Ethics policies.
• Prior experience supervising and administering subcontractors.
• Knowledge of Bechtel’s “Zero Accidents” safety program.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and database tools according to BSAP standards.
• Knowledge of subcontracts and contractor/subcontractor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply drawings, specifications, inspections, quality verification, and subcontracts.
• Prepare quantity listings and initiate field purchase requisitions.
• Review drawings and schedules; verify temporary facilities and as-built drawings.
• Assist engineers and superintendents in interpreting designs and planning material delivery.
• Coordinate with design on constructability; supervise subcontractor work and changes.
