• BS in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years field engineering experience in power generation, petrochemical, or similar industrial projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Generate RFIs and track their impacts on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Review specifications, standards and drawings from clients and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
