Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Construction Field Engineer to lead electrical field engineering on a major EPC project in the Industrial market. You will coordinate with the design team, manage procurement and reporting, and guide on-site activities to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 3 years of electrical construction experience, with strong organizational and communication skills for multi-discipline projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years electrical construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews.
• Perform quantity calculations by measurements and completed materials.
• Prepare work plans and packages for execution.
• Prepare Job Hazard Analyses (JHA).
• Learn to supervise subcontractors and coordinate with vendors.
• Support scheduling, cost tracking, and safety programs on site.
