Job summary

Primoris Energy Services Corp. is seeking a Field Engineer to provide planning and technical support to the construction team, including WorkFace Planning and issue resolution on site. The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality across energy projects.

You will manage field operations, perform site inspections, and coordinate documentation, safety, and quality controls to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years field engineering experience in industrial projects (power generation, petrochemical, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with engineering/scheduling/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues; generate RFIs and track impacts on scope, schedule, cost.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation and submittals.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure safety compliance.
