PACK Power, LLC is seeking an Associate Estimator to develop detailed, competitive estimate packages for nationwide infrastructure projects, including data centers and utility facilities. The role collaborates with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Operations to align bids with client requirements and execution capabilities.

The position emphasizes rigorous quantity takeoffs, vendor coordination, and adherence to internal standards, with travel up to 25% for site visits and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with industrial and mission-critical infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Ability to review RFPs, develop bid plans, and manage estimates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to evaluate RFPs and develop estimating strategies.
• Create bid checklists, scopes of work, and execution considerations.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop estimates for subs and vendors.
• Solicit and review subcontractor/vendor quotes for compliance.
• Analyze blueprints to determine costs for high-availability facilities.
• Ensure estimate packages align with client requirements and internal standards.
