Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks an Associate Estimator to develop accurate estimating packages for nationwide industrial projects, including data centers and utility facilities. The role partners with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Operations leadership to align bids with client requirements and execution capabilities.

The successful candidate will perform quantity takeoffs, solicit subcontractor quotes, and validate labor and material assumptions while using PACK Power’s estimating tools to keep

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating for industrial and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits.
• Knowledge of construction PM concepts including estimating and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred in PM/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to evaluate RFPs and develop bid strategies.
• Review project docs to create bid checklists and scopes.
• Coordinate to establish project-specific design strategies.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for RFPs to subcontractors.
• Solicit quotes and verify compliance with requirements.
• Validate labor, materials, equipment, and subs contractor assumptions.
• Analyze blueprints to detail costs for high-availability facilities.
• Use estimating systems to maintain data and documentation.
• Ensure estimates align with client requirements and terms.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders.
