Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Estimator II to independently develop accurate, competitive electrical estimates for commercial construction, including mission critical/data center scopes. You will build complete pricing, define scope, and ensure estimates reflect field installation practices and productivity.

You will collaborate with the estimating team and vendors to validate scope and pricing, manage multiple bids, and contribute to profitability and execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical construction, military training, or field experience accepted.
• Experience estimating large commercial, mission critical/data center, or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Accept RFQ, RFP, and Invitations to Bid and organize documents.
• Develop accurate takeoffs and pricing using Accubid/LiveCount.
• Coordinate with estimating team and vendors to validate scope and pricing.
• Attend pre-bid walks and document findings for inclusion in estimates.
• Mentor Estimator I staff and provide guidance on pricing and scope interpretation.
• Present analytical summaries to improve estimating processes and profitability.
