Job summary

Appleton Finn is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join its Data Center Preconstruction team, supporting hyperscale and mission-critical projects across North America. This hands-on role handles take-offs, pricing, subcontractor engagement, and bid preparation on some of the most complex data center projects in the market.

You'll work alongside senior preconstruction leaders to secure major developments, with clear progression into Senior Estimator and leadership roles, and an industry-leading

Qualifications

2–8 years of electrical estimating experience.
Experience producing quantity take-offs and competitive estimates.
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center experience preferred.
Ambitious and looking to progress their career within a high-growth business.
