Our client is looking for a Residential Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to support and oversee residential electrical projects from initial bid through final inspection. This role combines hands-on estimating, customer interaction, and day-to-day project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate bids based on job descriptions, photos, or site walks
• Plan and manage projects including permitting, scheduling, material procurement, and team coordination
• Scope includes EV chargers, panel changes, service rebuilds, and general residential service work
• Oversee 02 licensed electricians and apprentices throughout installation
• Coordinate with vendors, utility companies, and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with safety, reporting, and job costing standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential estimating and electrical project management
• Strong knowledge of single-phase systems and related components
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and computer skills
