Job description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Commercial Estimator/Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and electrical systems, with the ability to accurately estimate costs, materials, and labor for commercial projects. As an estimator, you’ll work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure the successful completion of electrical installations, from planning to execution.

Requirements:

• Experience in successfully estimating commercial electrical projects, ranging up to $150K-$5M in value.
• Experience with project sales and landing new customers within the commercial electrical industry.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and estimate multiple jobs at once.
• Driver’s License.

Preferred:

• Degree in Construction Management.
• 5+ years Project Estimating experience.
• 5+ years Project Sales experience.
• Proficient in Accounting software and Procore.
• Commercial electrical trade experience.
